Hello!

My name is Madison Powell.

I became a Realtor because I've experienced firsthand the impact a great Realtor can have on someone's life. Moving multiple times as a kid and again as an adult, I know how stressful and overwhelming the process can be. Each move was a significant chapter in my life, filled with challenges and uncertainties.

Before real estate, I was a music teacher and professional violinist. Teaching music taught me patience, dedication, and the joy of helping others achieve their goals. This passion for helping others naturally extended to real estate.

When I moved to the Indianapolis suburbs, I fell in love with the community and wanted to help others find their perfect home here.  I service Indianapolis and its suburbs, including but not limited to:

  • West side of Indianapolis (Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg)

  • Northwest side of Indianapolis (Zionsville, Whitestown)

  • North side of Indianapolis (Carmel, Westfield, Fishers)

Clients appreciate my local market expertise. Many clients have told me they were unsure where to start in their real estate journey and felt overwhelmed. They appreciate my commitment to understanding their needs and making the process stress-free.

Whether you're moving for a job, starting a family, retiring, or investing in property, I'm here to help! Let's make your real estate journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Let's schedule a free, no-obligation consultation to see if we're a good fit.

"Madison listened to what I was looking for, and found many great options for me to consider. Once we were focused on a property she was extraordinarily meticulous in gathering all of the information needed, organizing and coordinating various inspection schedules, stayed on top of deadlines and was a master at communicating with all parties. This process was pretty seamless thanks to Madison."
